Project management

For the project management our Team uses innovational technologies developed by I. Goldrath (critical chain method and restriction theory technique). These methods are in use by such companies as Toyota, IBM, Dell, Motorola, GM, NASA. We bare in mind the full circle of IT development process: requirements stage, functionality plan makeup, tech description writing, prototyping, design, code development, testing, bug fixing, content implementation, setup and support. Aiming to perfect planning and time scheduling we are always good at reaching deadlines – the most important part of all part of the development.

Quality Control

We implement 6Sigma methodology starting from its part - TQM (Total Quality Management). Being one of the best quality testing techniques TQM allows us to make only 6 mistakes in over a million of code operations. :)

Reporting

For the bug tracking, time and productivity monitoring as well as for task management we use our own system. It was developed for one of the first clients: could implement many of our ideas leaving customer happy of the result. The application is compatible with MS Project, MS Exel and 6Sigma. It also displays project development process (WBS/tasks, Grant and Petra diagrams) making the usage easy and comfortable.
