The Team

We are the Team of IT professionals: all good friends knowing each other for several years; all from 25 to 37; no students and temporary members. We are web development enthusiasts having such objectives as: IT skills perfection, self realization in projects we take part in, finding confidence in perfect work resulting happy clients and long term resources on line. We love the business we are in and gain pleasure from everyday online i.e. we value our reputation and respect each client.

All the members of the Team have significant experience in web development: each process part is done by the pro not the temporary co-worker. Everything from design and HTML coding to code developing and project management goes accurately and under full high level supervision.

Financial motivation

Average Team member salary rate is – 13 $/h, meaning it is over $2000/per month. More than that if the member adds a piece to our code repository (we often use parts of the code being in use as some projects can be very similar) he receive bonuses as well as he gets bonus points from the Team products goes in sale. Our main target is to raise developer\s month profit to $3600. Our Team policy is: the more you work - the more you gain. We are in constant search for living standards improving as we value those who work with as and appreciate their time and effort.

Skills update

All of the Team member are in permanent search of the new: knowledge, information, experience. Our team always looks for the IT data updates and invests time and effort into it. We pay for the courses of the team members such as business management (management, marketing, production management) and IT technologies (FLEX, PHP, MySQL, MVC).
